- rvring with 100 other people in emain, following the zerg around (usually lead by garek) on my level 43 champion. usually charging in head first and dying, but having fun doing it

- deciding that our realm needed more support, and rolling a warden. arguing on vn how twf'ing the lord room wasn't overpowered

- playing in a random raven guard pug (before i was in the guild) with trisvan angelia cyto skywing and some others in a mid day pickup group, watching a 2 zerk 1 warrior train (pre la nerf) not being able to drop cyto because trisvan was on the other side of the milegate wall spamming spreadheal. then deciding that there weren't nearly enough druids and that i'd make it my niche

- rolling a druid the next morning, leveling to 5, and talking nalyien into stop playing his infiltrator on mlf and start up a character on gawaine with me. then borrowing a guildies chanter, and cadinsors (i think) buffbot and focus shielding up our two new toons.

- camping keeps and walls chain healing naly while he chain ae dotted to ~rr5

- joining rg after doing my first 8v3fg (27 spam, still have the ss somewhere) at the hmg in hadrians wall

- running the 6 or 7 relic raids that i lead total. the most fun ones were the ones coordinated with loa. in one of them, he was leading and had to go to work so he traded the relic to me and /q'd out of the game in the middle of odins gate with ~75 mids on the walls of the hmg... so we had spira drive us through dodens back to hib.

- running choochx + choochimist to the middle of emain, dropping a huge stack of shrooms in the middle of a tree, and waiting for stealthers to pop on me and insta die

- soloing old emain, especially early morning between classes, and dealing with the hk radar groups, stealth zergs, and dymy

- pugs with jeep skywing yhar and whoever else was around at the most insane hours of the night or early in the morning.

- <WHY U HIT ME SO HARD> ... still the best guild tag in daoc, <3 hk'ers

- mordred opening, playing in a light chanter / skald / skald trio with naly and his rl friend. killing our first purplecon player, xp'ing by camping xp spots. playing with skona raiders in mordred beta on my 43 champion, too

- 8v8v8v8v8v8 on mordred last summer after the 'bluebie invasion'; best fights i've ever had in this game hands down

theres more i'm sure, just stuff that came right to the top of my head. more to come, too

I remembered another one.

MWing the Dragon 5 times in 4.5 hours. The next day a patch was in disabling MW temporarily.

When Toa first came out, and gustfraba and I were unaware of the all powerful baffing power of the green mau in stygia. Oh.. and the poor necro that was in our group camping a different mau settlement /doh

Must have generated the funniest /ohcrap/ moment in vent as we kited 100,000 mau across the desert, hoping to loose aggro. finally, gaining headway I stopped and caught my breath in the shadow of a sand dune, only to see 60 mau heads crest the top of it. also, realising that I had no clue where I was, or how to get back to the 'safety' of the haven eventually falling under mau zerg

Then someone else during my fated ml5 pre-req run, decided that they needed to kill the green mau because they wanted to see if it could be 1-shotted. *sigh*

I avoid mau at all costs now. the nightmares.. the nightmares!

Oh yeah, Killing giants in midgard with a ballista while we awaited dorf reprisal for our tower theft. and the even more surprising hib reprisal for a middie tower taken.

Killing the green knight with a single group and being dissapointed by his trophy.

Running end chant for the tanks that were supposed to be killing runi, and getting aggro.. tanking him as a 2h pally and surviving thanks to awesome clerics and heretics.

Camping the hib poc entrance because we were tired of having ours camped, and taking out 2 full groups before leaving on foot, getting lost and ending up outnumbered terribly when we took a wrong turn and found ourselves in the midst of a hib raid forming up.

Emain macha before NF

Towers before they could be raised

1. My first taste of RvR stumbling across a "Lurikeen Invader" just outside Castle Sauvage on my armsman (probably around level 30).

2. My first trip to Emain and my entire group dying to the goborchends right near APK because we were like level 35.

3. Dinging 50 on my cleric (think I was soloing in Barrows... smite vs undead) and thinking I was done with PvE forever (doh!).

4. Retal's successful stealther relic raid to take back our power relic from Hibs.

5. Dinging RR 6 on my cleric against a fg of DV including Garek (possibly the only time anybody ever fought one fg of DV in the open field... of course they were just trying to get to the AMG to camp).

6. The first day of NF when RvR no longer meant sitting on a portal pad for 10 minutes then forcing your way through 40 Hibs camping a mg.

7. Leading a successful relic raid to take a relic from the Mid power relic keep.

8. Beating RG in a straight 8v8 for the first time.

9. Camping the AMG box with our newly ML 10 casters complete with Crystal Titans.

10. Camping the entrance of DF or clearing Vendo Caverns on Andred.

11. When we beat back Garek's attempts to take the power relics after the 3 ram rule went in and for the first time were able to hold power relics on Alb for more than a few days.

12. Our first few weeks of RvR on Merlin when we were beating Kainbladell's and other high RR groups at RR2-3 with half leveled artifacts and incomplete MLs.

Ha! That reminds me of my first RvR experience. I was running out from Yggdra trying to get all the way to Bled, except that I was ~ 42 and no idea of where I was going or what I was doing. I took a route through the woods hoping to avoid invaders and found myself on top of a mountain surrounded by mature wyverns. I was owned. Neyne came and rez'd me.

Remember in the old bg's where we would join forces with the lowest popularity enemy realm? (usually hibbies) Was great, until the albs/hibs tag teamed us, lol Was a whopping 20 of them vs 5 mids

I miss the fear of xp'in at the crabs, to get wtfpwn'd by spira! <shakes fist at her/him> I vowed to find him irl and throw dog poo at his house, or something I still miss seeing the scuttlebugs upon first heading out to OF Things seemed so much simpler then <sheds a tear>

Making a bd when they first came out, and reading all the "nerf bd" posts - and getting asked by newbs when pl'ing them with her... "don't you ever lose health?" lol not with 2 healer pets, silly!!

I miss reading at least 20 lines in /as about cimmeriandoug vs barb and co. cimmerianoob, etc - and them getting pissed if someone they didn't know made up an ending to his name, lol

Greywitch reined supreme in my eyes, and kamil with his 500 arti's, and everyone busting on him for still being gimp in rvr bg's

I remember being so underpopulated it didn't matter that you weren't 50, you could still get grps for dragon, rvr etc.

Doing a /who on a weekend, only to see like 50 ppl on

Though I didn't really know her, I remember hearing Lexi's name, and what a little trouble maker she was, lol God, I miss all the old guilds - seemed so much more like family back then HEO was a good one, and the waiting lists to get into aesir, hov, etc. I remember how pissed Obviously Newbs was when a guild called obviously alts came out, lol

Hmmm... what else...
