Runic Wall = teh win

The biggest obstacle in the stealth keep taking was finding an actual supp rm back then ... there was what - two of them?

I know I played Vewdoo once when I was bored.

PBAE through doors >> Oil

I don't really care for oil. I enjoyed the old PBAE that went through wall.

" In old Emain: Retal's stealth relic raid that made hibs go WTF? We made numerous runs attacking the doors, dying then releasing to the keep and never attacked guards. Then we ganked the relic and lost it in old POC =/ "

haha I have a screenshot of that at home ;p

That's not how it happened.

Retal was kinda upset when hibs took all three power relics and for like two weeks straight there were nightly reiic raids defenses. Anyway, I'll get back to that in a moment.

1. Being void eld when I first started and thinking how pwn it was...........oh how little did I know.

2. My first relic defense where the lag on my dialup old pc made it possible to move every 45 seconds or so.

3. First time at 50 RvR being told my job was to lock down Kalinoir. LoL as if.

4. Telling stupidiaty to go f$*# himself up the A$$ and /gc quitting prima nocte.

5. Being on the relic raid in Midgard where we dropped all 7 mid keeps withing a minute. (We won't bring up the rest of the evening)

6. Finally killing th f'n dragon. Winning respec stones on 9 consecutive raids.

7. Animist dragon farming

8. Rolling on an uber Galla drop for Yhar (Who had to go to work) winning and actually giving him the item..I think he was shocked that there were honest people in the world.

9. My first /tell Guud Where?!

10. Farming 80 mids in Nott in OF with wicked addiction (8) in lord room, not once but twice, those guys were incredible.

11. Slains afk mid moc bomb.

12 Slains 25% pre nerf casting speed moc bomb at relic keep.

13. First time I actually killed Kali. He was tough fugger.

oh so many others.

Anyway Hibs had all 3 strength relics but were in pve mode so the albs (who had all three power relics) decided to take all out keeps and open relic doors and let mids take strength. I think it was Chooch or Guud who posted on it saying that albs had messed up because we were going to take their power relics now. Think it was either that day or next that we did. Guess it pissed Retal off because we had nightly relic raids for two weeks.

Of course this all depended on that days definition of 'prime time'. Albs were close to knocking down collory doors when animists shrooms crashed the zone. Next day I think albs didn't have enough rams and back off because of shrooms. Next day 120 hibs were just finishing a ml8 raid when albs hit, which was a big mistake......120 pre grouped hibs just slaughtered them. Then they had relic out but amg was blockaded so they went through poc where AoTR was in behind chasing and RG was farming the exit in Albion, then they died to pve mobs? And Jademn found it? Then the stealth relic ninja and the hib 7pm non primetime raid the next day when we took it back. Always good fun. Spira has some good relic videos.

Relic raids/defenses were the best time in game, was only time where the majority of the realm came together regardless of play style (or lack thereof) 8 man, zergers, pve'rs.......was always a blast.
