I miss that alot, Q too!

Before clustering when you knew for the most part who everyone was and where you could find them at any time during the day. Also, I have to admit, doing MLs for the first time watching raid leaders scream untill they were blue in the face and people still /sticking and dieing on ML2, or thinking that killing Martikoras was the coolest thing ever.


Edit: Even better, when we crashed the server like twice in a week right after NF came out.

soloing on my druid in emain early afternoons. I would roam behind amg and kill stealthers.


One time i killed 7 stealthers (started as 2infs vs me, after i killed one another stealther added) dotting, rooting, and kiting till 7 dead alb stealther bodies were spread from the tree close to apk to the grannies. Right after i killed my last one and i ran through amg so i could med, i got a tell from 2 nightshades telling me to let a few through so they can get some action.


God i remember when you could get a 1v1 and not get stealther zerged as a visible. those days were a lot of fun.


I also remember fighting Groundskeeper at the tree at APK. The bastard went turtle style on me and use his shield and jambiya to whittle my life down. I think the fight took 10 mins.

The first time i saw someone rez someone else during a RVR battle and saying "you can DO that???"


pre-archer nerfs and asking Raks questions every day about his grand adventures


running in the first RG group as a Ranger and no one gave it a second thought


Angelia logging out in the middle of Emain because Trisvan told her in a tell he didnt like her E-sex (or something) or because she lost a mez


refusing to get SC for months after it released because i was lazy and liked my epic armor model better


release of See Hidden and seeing Infs unstealth at clip range and running at me while i was stealthed


50+ albs autofollowing Tissue while he used True Sight


walking up the the AMG and being killed instantly by 20 infs


Quivna sending me tells about him wanting me to swab his poopdeck


The time we held Caer Renaris for a week solid after the little teleport thing was introduced and not nerfed yet (it was in december cause i remember i was on vacation)


Blender killing 4-5+ unbuffed stealthers at a time because he was the only one with a bot


Crying like a girl when TOA released and ruined DAoC, followed by the left hook known as New Frontiers which fully TKOd the game.

Best times were playing with old Legion of the Flame and NWH people: Jonnie, Whiplush, Dragorn, Jarnak, Samaen, Kelia, Zato, Karylion and Gryim.


Or simply being able to play.


Best time (and also the worst) was getting caught cheating after 1 week. Freed me from playing the game (and all computer games at that) but was a shitty way to go out.

I remember that one well, i was in the group when it happened =). I remember #gawaine the most fondly, arguing with Boridi. I remember kickin it with my alb buddies on my shaman, runing emain and not being attacked cause i was solo and they <3 me. I remember farming Xev's armsman RP's when he was SnS....had fun on him. My memory is bad but I can remember so muhc more and I miss old gawaine mid =(. Hi Lexi /wave

Im not well known, and Ive taken a few breaks, but...


Blender and Altra....the only two names I actually ever feared...


And of course...way back...RvRing in the 40s because...well...almost nobody was 50 yet

Still have to get in a new game with unnerfed characters so i can cut guud in half
