"Remember when sedona claimed I think renaris with the guild name Lilles my bish or something like that?"

haha yeah I remember that All this talk makes me miss old daoc!! I'm surprised at myself!

I remember my first rvr experience at lvl 35 with Blojo.. this was the way back. I was so excited to see my first ever hib and mid but was so baffled as to why we couldn't take a right out of APK in Emain.

Remember when they put duels into place? You could hardly move outside of Camelot. Lamorak was undefeated and I beat him once on my cleric. I'm at least 100% positive that he let me win. OMG Paly duels were the worst. It was never ending!

Running around with Norend, Tap and all those guys at the weird hours of the morning always rocked.

I think the hardest time I laughed at Retal is when he blew his MOC on some grey con wandering animal in Emain.

Retal is right though, unless there were 2 rejuv clerics in the group he pretty much died instantly.

I will never forget leveling at trees.

How about the first time we ever saw one of the giants throw somebody out into the lake? (i can't remember the name of the area, there was never anybody there)

Man the memories...

-Being lvl 31-38 and earning the nickname of Greencon, I'd be usually running solo in emain, sometimes someone would group me. Back then it was near impossible to hit purple players, so I was pretty useless. I just ended up dying and relaying intel in cg over any hib groups that crossed over my corpse (near AMG).

-Having FA2 and IP at level 42, and still getting owned.

-The first time I ever died in rvr. I ran out of CS and made it about 5 mins up the road halfway to excal, and get one shotted by an elf invader, don't remember his name. I thought he was a mob. I was lvl 16.

-Logging in Hib DF after running with a group through DDS circuit, and logging back in to kill greys. My favorite time was I logged in that little side room near where drinkers start, and logging back on to see a fg of grey hibs leveling, and slaughtering them all. I felt like a badass. After killing 5 more greys and a green, I got rolled by near 2 fgs of greys and greens, who then /emoted the crap out of me.

-Running out into FS and seeing "Team IT" (Infection and Tamlane) spam, knowing if I tried to run to excal or through the woods I would surely die.

-Late night keep takes without siege, taking the time to beat down doors or have stealthers shortcut to Lord for us.

-Mouze and his school of hard knocks, he wanted everyone in DOM playing to perfection. He was a harsh mo fo but he got his points across. I learned a lot from him. <3

-Dollface/Domsdoll drama in /gu and ventrilo. Lawl. Enough said.

-Oldschool duels at AMG Odins. Fallen Eagles... >.<

-Relic raid drama, in all their glory. 'Specially with shrooms crashing zones.

-/cg in OF, drama between all the conflicting personalities. Yeah, there was a LOT.

-Coup hill and the countless battles that were raged upon its blood crusted soils... It always got my adrenaline pumping to charge down that hill at the opposing zerg, most often unawares of the alb zerg bearing down on their flanks.

-Rackir. Regardless of all the pun directed at him, I've always liked the guy and thought he was awesome. Loved seeing him out and about. There was always a thrill to coming into contact with some of the names that got a lot of spam.

-Cyto. Man the fun we had, chanter and armsman running around killing the middahs. He was always patient and killed speed lol.

-Strydar JusticeStryker & Rionna. GM and girlfriend, Knights of the Roundtable. /rip

(Stry you ever get back from Iraq bro? Last I heard Rionna was still waiting for you... Hope you're safe man.)

-Garek, he always managed to get killspam on me amidst a zerg. Always. He never hit me for more than 270, too >.< All his little emotes, I only ever saw him in IRC once and never got to see the real drama.

-Tree groups and the list. Waiting 8 hours to get a spot. Telling people that there are actually other tree spots to level and getting them motivated to do T2 and T3, once someone told me.

-HK'ers. All the awesome Rising Sun members, letting me group with them and trying to communicate with me, even though I didn't speak their language. I rvr'ed with them a few times, and they were fun to play with, very loyal. Got a lot done for the realm.

-Sidi raids with Retal and Marhom. Marhom had his info down, great intel, made it clear what to do and somehow there still were idiots that managed to not comprehend the instructions. Thankfully, Retal is an ass and put them in their place. Retal... man you've had me howling eye are el @ the way you'd go off on people in /cg and /bg. Think there was definite Dollface drama on one of those raids. (I also got infamous for my luck doing sidi... rolled 11 times for Caer Sidi thrust polearm, never won it. I'm pretty sure I have screenies of my laughable rolls, I'll dig some up)

-Epic quest raids. I haven't done any for over 2 years. Waiting for an entire raiding party to get up to do something that only takes 2-3 people these days.

-My first deathspam at 50. You just killed Supergoliath! Yeah, but it was a lot more cool when it happened. You had to be there.

-DF highlord/legion raids. Those were always cool coz I usually won something. My first awesome polearm was Adremals Infernal Impaler, 94 quality. That was like droolsauze.

-When the battleground opened up. Not the battlegrounds, just the battleground. My first visits were so awesome, think that's what really snagged me onto the game. I mean killing monsters was alright, I wasn't tired of it yet, but the true enjoyment came from killing players. Ruliath was a beast. Lightsmith was the same level then and we'd go in and ownit. It didn't matter that I sucked coz armsman were a lot better back than.

-Pendragon Events. I've only been to a few but some of them are kinda fun. I have never won anything but it's just a switch. It DOES kind of smell mysteriously of Gaheris though...

-IRC. So much fun on IRC. It's where everyone got to actually communicate to eachother and express their feelings that a /slit or /laugh emote can't convey. /sigh What a beautiful place it is.

kk that's all for now. Have to get back to work. ^.^

Joining the game, with Malvegil telling me how powerful archers were. Levelled to 5 at Campocerentin (?) Station, then spent 10 minutes on a horse through Salisbury Plains hoping one of these archers wouldn't kill me

Knowing only 2 Sorceror's at the start of the game. Stormfire & Cyce. Stormfire was a great guy.

First words to Retaliation "ou look like a f@g" - and I was right

RvR'ing with Pallida Mors. Lots of good people. Not as good at RvR as we thought we were.

Fighting Garek near AMG with just my staff (Earth Theurgist) - neither of us could kill each other so he summoned his bard and ran off bored

Joining Illuminati for 5 minutes. Not cos it was a bad guild (it wasn't) but it was too big for my taste)

Joining Oracle. There was no one in that guild I disliked (although I am sure a lot disliked me ). I honestly miss talking to all you guys. I won't single anyone out of the guild.

I loved every one of my Theurgists.

Discovering very late in the game that I really liked playing a Cleric (and was even half decent at it for a noob)

Biggest disappointment: never apologising to Elaieva for a large misunderstanding that was nothing to do with her and losing a really good in-game friend because of it - I'm sorry Elaieva (if anyone knows her could someone pass this on?)

I used to have so much fun with Mcdugen, Thorfin, Cadius and all my other old school RS buddies. We could kill everything but the Legion with the 4 of us in DF.

One other memory that came to mind was during the course of the last Relic raid I personally was on in OF. Retal will remember because he was leading the raid, and I am sure a lot of Hibs will remember too.

We got to the Hib relic keep and there it was on the side of the hill, a message... a very profound yet concise message from the Hibs to the Albs, voicing their feelings about us coming for their relic.

FU - was completely spelled out with Animist shrooms.

Funny stuff. Damn shrooms ruined our relic raid too.

I'd invite any Oracle peeps to my house for a holiday anytime.. if I didn't think you were all stalking freaks that would just destroy my life (anally)
