Or, are you just attacking me because I have a valid point?
anyway...
Easiest way for you to do what you want in terms of keeping people updated Drakier is not to reply in the threads with update info. Start a new thread with the 'update'.
Would be easier for people... less involved in the whole process a quick reference to the relevent information.
Frustrated? Welcome to the club, we've got 10 or so major projects on the books here at work, 300 or so interested people that have direct access to me daily and no eta on any of them.

Oh...and I have NEVER contradicted what Draker has said about status of Decal Development, nor has he contradicted me.

Geez people grow up it will be done when it is done and not before. You people make me sick Decal Dev's are working hard to give you something to help you in the game. Just remember they don't have to do it at all. So just leave them alone and let them do what they need to do to get it up and running. Or if you think you can do a better job then make one yourself so put up or shut up Noobs

I have read some of the posts. from what i gather ppl are actually complaining about the time it is taking to create such a program (or re-work it whatever)
Did we forget that these ppl are doing it for the pure love for the game??
Sure we all love Decal. Heck, myself i dont really play when Decal isnt running. but that doesnt give me the right or the reason to bitch and complain at somone who give thier hard time and work imto something that they share with everyone else.
The more you yell at them, the longer they are gonna take. They'll get it done when its done. RELAX!!!!!!
Everyone who puts time into Decal and all of its Plug-Ins. I Thanks thee. Take your time, Make is good

I just want to say Thank you Decal for the time you have been with AC and the time that you will be there in the future I only ask one thing. Please Close this thread and start a new one when you have an Update. For Me if I dont see an update then I will know you are still working on it but to go through this many pages just to see inconsiderate people belating you because their decal is not working is just a very sad joke.
Ill be looking for a New post with an update.
Again Thanks for making AC better than Microsoft or Turbine would care to make it.

they do that, you are looking at it (Subject: RE: ToD - Decal update), those threads simply don't stay small and become discussions and whatever.
the decal devs don't have to give updates or something, they can act how they want to and some certainly do if people can't stop asking the same thing over and over then i certainly don't mind the decal devs messing a little with them.

you might have noticed i havent posted a request for an update/eta. theres a reason for that. its damn easy to watch the 3 people that are prime sources of info on decal and not have to wade through a bunch of junk post's, whining about decal not being up yet. just put gouru, hazradi and drakier in your watched user list and look at their posts for the day. most of them you wont need to even open. but sooner or later you'll see one about "decals up" and you're done. if you want more info, then just open some of their posts and read them. give them a break and let them finish the job. its not like they are getting paid for this, or dont have anything else to do. or for that matter dont care about getting decal fixed. im sure its in the top 5 of their things to do.

2) Earn my paycheck
3) Play AC
4) Visit my family
5) Eat dinner
6) Work on Decal
....nope....didn't make top 5, maybe I should reprioritize items 2 through 5...
