Changing the color of your health bar ? |
Locked for cleanup
My monitor has problems with deep reds like the default spellbar. The folks in #acdev told me that skins don't work anymore. Anyone know of any other way to change the color ?

You could make a HUD overlay I suppose...

Actually my monitor CAN'T display red anymore, thats the problem. When it's a light red, the other colors chip in, but the dark full red just appears as black.
How would I made a HUD overlay ?

Maybe you should get a new monitor? CRT's have dropped extremely low in price, can get a new 19" CRT for like $30

Ok, Let's just get the obvious in the clear here. No one is going to write a plugin to replace the health bar because 1 user has a broken monitor. There are no bmpswap replacement utilities, nor does there seem to be any current interest in doing so.
I'd suggest either getting a new monitor or finding a cheaper hobby. Sorry.

Cancel your AC subscription for 2-3 months, save the money, get a monitor, re-subscribe.
