nice job of this jerk to take other peoples hard work and hours of time and claim it as his own work, what a jerkoff!! Maud has been in my clan for years and ive known him for nigh 9 years in and out of game now, he is really one of the nicest people out there you could ever meet and this moron wants to rip him off (even if it is free code) and claim that hard work as his own. To see he is doing it to a bunch of other plug in's as well has me suspicious that he is trying to plant something on other peoples computers!

I'll second that on Maud, he is awesome. When I contacted him about the dibbot breaking when they added the 9th toon (which actually was a skunkworks probablem I think) he responded right away and "fixed" his code to handle the 9th toon. I'm sure didn't need me contacting him, probably was already aware and awaiting for the skunkworks fix.
I know just about everyone on Wintersebb love the portal bots.
Sad to see someone else trying to take credit

Has anyone else been able to confirm this? I scanned the files with AVG and Malwarebytes, but neither found a virus. The programs from portalspace are off my system but I want to make sure I do not need to get another anti-virus program.

As you can see from my pic there Avast found it so I'd strongly advise you to think about upgrading to it. Also make sure you change all your passwords.
<edit> Is it possible for the decal devs to block this hackers plugins to try to protect the people who don't know/believe that this is a problem?

Whilst it's technically possible to block a plugin from working, that wouldn't stop you downloading and installing it.
If in doubt, upload it to virustotal.com, that'll run it by multiple anti-virus programs.

I am not doubting there is a virus shown in the screen shot, but its possible that your system was infected and it attached the virus to the file when you downloaded it. That is why I am asking if anyone else found a virus in the file.

I scanned the files with Microsoft Security Essentials and Trend Micro Housecall, and neither detected a virus. I don't recommend installing these plugins regardless -- just reporting what I found.
