He's still at it then.. NOWHERE on 'PortalCraft' does it mention that it's actually Paraduck's CraftBot with a few minor additions and fixes. There's nothing wrong with extending or fixing a program originally written by someone else provided you have their permission, but it's extremely bad form to claim it's all your own work.

People like portalspace are the reason I'll never release the source of my plugins.

WOW! Spellbound is a blatant copy of ScrollReader3 1.5.x, the only visible changes are a different icon and a new text on the "About" tab.

Dear Mr. PortalSpace, you are violating the License that comes with ScrollReader3. How about learning to write your own plugins instead of re-labeling the work others have done to make it look like your own?

With immediate effect the sources for my plugins are offline to prevent further license violations.

Since PortalSpace is not even publishing the (modified) sources, I strongly recommend: DO NOT USE ANY OF PORTALSPACES PLUGINS, THEY MAY CONTAIN HARMFUL CODE!

After going thru all the files in "Portal Bot", I am sure this person has malicious intent. The code is exactly the same as DibBot, but PortalSpace removed all traces of that by renaming all files that had the "dib_" prefix, replacing all occurences of "DibBot" in the files and even by replacing every name in the changelogs that are part of most files with his own, claiming to have it written all by himself while in reality the macro was a result of the combined effort of several other authors.

PortalSpace, you are among the lowest scum on earth.

Wow this is sad. I will remove the plugins he made from my system until this is cleared up.

I don't think there is any way to "clear this up".
This is someone taking credit for others work and very half-assedly trying to cover the tracks.
I would be surprised to see the website still up come Monday. Even released code still belongs to the person who wrote it, and hosting companies take a poor view of people who get them letters asking for stuff to be taken down. And I am sure it will play out that way because this person took every step possible to hide the fact its stolen code. A nice note of please stop being an a-hole, will not motivate any change.

There needs to be alot of publicity that these are questionable code, compiled from others work, and what a d-bag this person is.

We've had similar issues in the past with PortalSpace I believe doing 3rd party hosting of other people's plugins before instead of linking to the appropriate page. It seems the way he cleared that up was to instead steal the plugins to be passed off as his own. *sigh*

It's probably nothing but when I downloaded pTank a few weeks ago my firewall (avira) popped up claiming it was a virus.

It's not very good I am afraid, even thoguh the option is there it doesn't refill your mana stones and also it does not look at the attack and defense when looting two handed weapons, the only thing I can say that is good is the fact that it buffs my two handed weapon skill which is good for macroing ltx 11.9.08 has all the features i wand but is missing two handed critter buffs and two handed weapon looting and level 8 buffs, but who needs level 8's whilst macroing anyway, I am probably going to go back to using 11.9.08
