Flipo likes it that way ..

That said, under his 'Ubers' tab, unclick the 'Majors Only', 'Show Info', and the 'Show Grade'.

On Ubers tab
Uncheck 'Enable' if you do not want Tings to display ID info for items.
Check 'Suppress Spam' if you are being spam with items your wearing.

I love the work you have put into the plugin. Is there any chance we could see a virindi views port? My frame rate goes to hell in a hand basket when opening legacy decal windows.

I did look into using Virindi view. I made a major effort back in march to figure out how
to implement Virindi view. I got a breakthrough on (maybe) how to do it but took a break from that effort.
Either I have to port Tings to .Net or get back onto the treadmill of figuring out how to access
Virindi view via Comm. What I would really would like to do is roll my own 3D huds.

Not sure which way this will go much less the time table.

Glad you like Tings.

The ability to see multiple targets that are vulned in the 3D environment is beyond value. It seriously empowers my effectiveness in both offensive and defensive play. I cannot express how invaluable it is to my game play. You seem to have a knack for drawing things in the 3D environment. What are the chances of developing a component that renders floating combat text in the 3D environment similar to Hazridi's old EXCEPTION plugin.

Also I'm eager to understand what rolling your own 3D huds means.

Regards

I have a jot in my notes to add 3D text showing hit points over the target.
What else would you like to see?

Rolling my own would mean duplicating what Virindi has done.

Sorry for the confusion. What I mean by floating combat text is, normal combat messages such as, damage, evades, resists appear over the target you are attacking (or yourself). I have an old FRAPS video I made like 6 years ago that is a short illustration

Hazridi's exception plugin is what was used im pretty sure.

Here is an old excerpt from an acvault article

Additionally: For porting to VVS's I have found the package contained in this thread a good start.

His plugin is not .net, which raises a large number of complications.

I have looked at simply doing com export on all the VVS types but it does rely a lot on some .net types, like System.Drawing.x.
