Well I'm feeling bad that I've not released newer version of Tings in awhile and I
keep seeing posts looking for a features that Tings is able to do now.

I've decided to let people know where they can download the current version of Tings. Please be
warned and understand that I'm not done with it. Help documentation is minimal and old at this time but it does have accurate installation information.


Tings Features:

Chef ( think robochief,tinkit)
Lots of Formulas and will tell you max you can make.
Will also tell you what item you ran out of.
Will list items used for a given formula.
Will list formulas needed to make an item.
Favorites
Can Queue up multiple items to make.

Uber
Provides additional info about item you id.

Simplistic Friends utility to help migrate to Friends Panel.


Stack items

Sort Salvage

IG Hud
IG arrow to point to your destination.
IG Name,healh,vulns
IG timer display for rares.

Ties
Manual way to record toons ties.


Allegiance Scanning
Records names of all toons in an allegiance.

Inventory
Track inventory items for all toons on all servers.
IG Hud to find items and see information about item.
Ability to maintain inventory while using different PCs on your local LAN or multple AC sessions on one computer.
Ability to review inventory while not IG.
Ability to customize and add views.
Ability to Export all or selected inventory data to a CSV file.
Inventory toons level,skill,augs,Titles etc.
AutoMuling ( newest and semi-working feature.)


IG Tings commands
//Help : Lists Tings commands
//Tings Help : List Tings commands
/Friends Load : Add all friends to AC friends list

/Runto [Coordinates] : Points to Coordinates. leave empty to stop.

/Primary Name : Stores location name for primary tie.
/Secondary Name : Stores location name for secondary tie.

/LsTie Name : Store location name for lifestone tie.

/LifeStone Name : Stores locaton name for lifestone.

/ListTies : Will list to screen current ties.

/CheckInventory : Does what Quick button does.
/Inventory : Does Full Scan of inventory.

/StackThis : Stack currently selected item.

/ScanAllegiance : Records names of all toons in an allegiance.
Only works if toon can do /allegiance info command.

/Mule : Uses inventory to mule items.

Howdy Thanks for the Tings plugin. It's doing exactly what I wanted to do, but I have to ask this - how do I stop ACCompanion from installing/starting automatically? I don't want to use the inventory stuff right now. At first, I installed FB server and tried the inventory part but it's way more than I need. I uninstalled FB and ACCompanion still came on. I then uninstalled everything, cleaned everything on my system, reinstalled Tings. Now, when I start AC with Tings on, I get dumped to my desktop where ACCompanion is running and telling me to set it up properly.


Help???

You used the phrase 'way more then i need' with regards to inventory, leads me to think
that this was triggered from seeing AC Companion. Basically once you have it setup to work
you only need to start it like you do decal and then forget it.
The IG simple inventory search is easy to use. If you disable inventory for each toon you have you need not
start ACCompanion.


Here are some other ways to achieve what you asked for:

For each toon you will have to go to Inventory Main tab and disable inventory.
( course each time you login you will be fighting AC Companion auto starting.)

The other way is to open the toon configuration file and change manually.
Wherever you installed tings you should find file names of this
form.
(Toon Name)of(Server Name)TingsConfig.dat

Edit each file find line with 'Inventory Enabled=' and change the TRUE to false
i.e. change to
InventoryEnabled=FALSE

Special thanks to Gouru and Chef_Wubbie who green lighted my importing of MakeIt recipe file.


I resolved an issue with Auto Mule/Inventory feature so I'm doing a rush release. This
means the Chef changes are being released a bit earlier then I planned on.

Added some new commands( You may see current list by doing. /Tings Help ).
1. /Import Chef This will translate MakeIt Recipe file into Tings.
Import Chef command will merge Chef_Wubbie Recipe.xml ( version 100+) file into TingsChefRecipes.xml
Group Name from Recipe.xml will be used and replace my Group Names. These will have prefix of 'z'.
The 'z' is temporary at this time. Just put Recipes.xml into the Recipes directory and run the command.


2. /Start ACCompanion Will start ACCompanion.

Other changes to take note of:
A. Tings Chef allows multiple ways to make same item.
B. I made some changes to the way Tings Chef uses an open chest.
I suspect this may not be 100% at this time.

C. Tings will no longer auto start AC Companion. I'm doing this
as some people (shojimbo) wanted to use some parts of Tings features but not the inventory.

D. If you give Doruuk Tiriun Mushroom with Chef Enabled it will continue to give Mushrooms
until you answer No and it gives you back Tiriun Mushroom.

E. I did some cleanup and added new directories.

If you are one to edit xml here is some information about Tings use of Recipe files.
InstallDir\TingsChefInstall.xml is recipe file that I release.

InstallDir\Recipes\TingsChef.xml is recipe file created from TingsChefInstall.xml if TingsChef.xml does not exist.

InstallDir\Recipes\TingsChefRecipes.xml is recipe file when you have merged MakeIt recipe file.
Tings will use TingsChefRecipes if it exist first else it will use TingsChef.xml in recipe.
If you need to edit xml manually then make your edits to TingsChefRecipes.xml if it exist else make
your edits to TingsChef.xml.

I wish I could get Tings to run at home. I can run it at work on an XP machine, but no joy on Win7 so far. It just says it cant connect even though I have the connection path set correctly.
