My PC is not overclocked. Fully Removed and reinstalled .net and still doesnt work

Did you go back to Windows Updates and re-apply all available updates again (multiple times until is says there are none left) after removing/reinstalling .Net?

At this point your only option might be to just setup a VNC server on your box and let someone VNC in and try to figure it out.

Yes
Prob just gonna do a full reinstall of windows. Have nothing on the comp anyway.

Oh! heck no, If I had known you had nothing else on the pc I would have made "wipe & reinstall" be my first suggestion.. =) hehe
I used to do that once a week just for the fun of it. Have fun!

For the life of me I cant figure out how to use it though... I just wanna macro and loot salvage and make bags.... Alinco 3 scares me. lol
