When installing V-tank in its default folder on a brand new win7 x64 Enterprise OS I get the error shown:

yes i extracted the zip into a folder and ran the exe from there.

I did as said and still come up with the same error. I installed all the packs and it installed most C++ dlls but not all.

V-tank is installed on my friends computer and it has the same exact c++ dlls as me. Any thoughts?

Also... Everytime I try and log in now I get this error with decal on. This is after I hit "Enter Game"

I uninstalled LT and now when I run decal I can get to the log in screen and when I hit enter game it says acclient has stopped working. and it closes.

Look on Virindi's website wiki on how to uninstall that service. That should fix your problem.

alright! Now I have decal running with AC but I am still getting the the original issue with vtank being unable to install.

Did you run the installer as Administrator (right click, run as administrator)? After you ran it, did you click on the Check Libs button?
