not a clue about the problem, try posting a decal export, SO that's there if/when VI comes by the next time.


also check to ensure that all/any preq are installed. you didnt mention if running xp, vista or win7 more helpful info in that could be a write protect error at start up cause stuff was installed to write/not-authorized directories instead of a simple c:\games or not running in the admin mode.

my first wild azz guess, would be that is way too many plugins for 128Mb of memory.


try turning all but the vtank stuff off and see if the error persists.


also note while decal export doesn't list .net framework 3.5 (developed after release as was vista/win 7) make sure you got that installed as it's a REQ for alinco.

As far as plugins go, I have almost always had this many, I wish I could get all the features I wanted in a few programs, but that is not the case. The Error started only Yesterday and nothing in the system was changed in that time. Nothing new installed, no updates ect.

I am completely at a loss now as to what to do. I mean it is not as if Vtank did not work... Virindi Tank 0.3.1.18 Has worked fine from the day it was released until Yesterday.

if it worked till 'yesterday' What did you do before it started exploding? upgrade windows any, dl a new driver? install a new plugin?


if it worked great then suddenly started going bonkers, then there should be something done to cuase the problem, it isn't like you switched from Vtank .17 to .18 and now 18 doesn't work.

Yes I agree. But nothing done before it went boom. Automatic updates are off, no new software, no new plugins. That is why it frustrates me so much.

I downloaded the "stand alone" version of Vtank 0.3.1.0 and installed it without un-installing the bundle or anything. (So it installed to the "old" directory of \Virindi Tank.

When I started up AC with ONLY Vtank Running and the bundle software running It updated to version .18.

I started testing again at 2:05am it is now 4:05am and still running ok. So I'm not sure what changed.

Aight, read every post in this thread and haven't seen anything related to my problem.


Just installed VTank and ran it for a while. Can't seem to get it to use rings. I have't made any changes to the default settings except to enable rings.


Only thing I can think of that could possibly be causing this is since ring spells are level 6 and my character is using level 7 buff/war spells, it may not be "dropping down" for the level 6 war (ring) spell.


Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

In the monsters tab, put a click in the R next to the monsters you would like to use rings on. You will have to add them manually.
