I guess if they were not arrested I wouldn't have a problem with giving them another chance. But that is it, anything else happens they are out.

Good Luck finding new tenants.
At least with the prior tenants you knew they were always gonna pay the rent on time.
I view it like this, Legal = Ok, Illegal = not Ok.
If all they had was the 30, they didnt break the law, why should you kick them out?
I guess on the app you need to put a disclaimer *can't turn into a grow house"
