Nope, I season it while I'm cooking it. Nothing pisses me off more than cooking a meal for someone only to watch them load it with salt and/ or pepper before they've even taken a bite.

If cooking for ONLY me, no because I season for my taste as I cook.
If I'm cooking for other people, then possibly, as I don't season as much so anyone else eating it can add more (salt/pepper etc) if they want.

Pepper, hardly ever salt. When I add pepper, it's not some light sprinkling of wimpy black pepper, it's few different peppers, and the food is going to scream in agony and beg to be eaten quickly.

Pepper but only if I got my seasoning wrong when cooking it. Not a big salt person though.
