really I am not the only one, I did find some issues with my cooling system but it turns out ToR just exposed them.
like I said I have never seen off the self software of any sort cause a cpu to over temp especially when the machine its being used on is leaps and bounds ahead of recommended specs.

Maybe you should not try to run SWTOR with everything maxed. Turn some crap down and see how that affects your temp. Also since you did not have your cooler seated properly to begin with, it still may not be seated properly.
Instead of using a game to test, get a program designed to stress the processor and see what your temps do.
Or you can continue to blame Bioware for something that is not their problem.

i did all this crap already
arkham city and just cause 2 run smooth at max settings
even ran a 3dmark11 benchmarking
my computer is fine
sorry but 85-90c when under load form ToR is a load of crap.

3dMark11 is not what you need to use. Stress test the CPU with Prime95 and see what your temps do.
If you don't want to start changing settings to see what might be causing the problem, why should Bioware bother looking into your problem. The number of possible combinations of hardware is nearly infinite and developers cannot test everything.

ran prime 95 with 8 threads pc hit 87c and thats it,
my motherboard starts throttling down the cpu's at 95C and thermal shutdown occurs at 98c that is the stock bios settings.

I'm not having any issues currently, but the antec 300 case breathes extremely well.
My vote for a good piece of stress testing software.

it gets even better turns out they are using the hero engine which has no mutli-thread/core support

wow had the best csr out of any mmo that I have played to date.
even if it was something they couldnt fix at least they gave me a timely response and some kind of answer. this made me feel like a valued customer, even though I was just one of millions. they took that extra effort.
you know maybe if they didnt ignore and make me feel like my business isnt important maybe I wouldnt be so pissed off.
the only steps bio-ware has taken was to inform me to read the ToS and CoC twice.
