I've been playing for almost two weeks and haven't had any issues out of them.

really read the customer service boards to see all teh crap that is going on.
they have been closing my csr reports with no reply or anything.
its like they dont even care.
its still unplayable by monday then I am calling the credit card company and forcing a charge back for non quality product.
let the burden of proof fall on those a-holes.

wow had the best csr out of any mmo that I have played to date.
even if it was something they couldnt fix at least they gave me a timely response and some kind of answer. this made me feel like a valued customer, even though I was just one of millions. they took that extra effort.
you know maybe if they didnt ignore and make me feel like my business isnt important maybe I wouldnt be so pissed off.
the only steps bio-ware has taken was to inform me to read the ToS and CoC twice.
When I played WoW, my tickets would sit open for weeks.
Every company has problems. Nobody is perfect.

no fcking bio-ware almost smoked checked my brand new pc because of their software.
even now with ToR running in the background at the character select machine effing cpu temp is 90C and climbing, just to verify. close program what do you know? my processor temp drops to 80c within a few seconds.........now its at 66c........basically returning to normal op temps.
its not my machine I have verified it using Batman Arkham City, Just Cause 2, and 3dmark11.
I have never seem a commercial off the shelf software smoke check someone's processor ever.
