I just got a warning for ripping into EA and its lack of quality control among its various studios.

Things everyone already knows:
1) Expect bugs with any mmo launch and at least a few months before all the kinks are worked out.
2) You can't talk trash about a company or their product on said company's own message board.

I am done with them, they responded to my reply already for the warning but yet to give me anything besides that automated thanks for notifying us blah blah blah crap for being unable to play the game.
wow had the best csr out of any mmo that I have played to date.
even if it was something they couldnt fix at least they gave me a timely response and some kind of answer. this made me feel like a valued customer, even though I was just one of millions. they took that extra effort.
you know maybe if they didnt ignore and make me feel like my business isnt important maybe I wouldnt be so pissed off.
the only steps bio-ware has taken was to inform me to read the ToS and CoC twice.
