lets see I have sent them a ticket every day for the last 3 days for the in game menu and numerous tickets through the website.
I tried calling but I get put on hold for so long that my cell disconnects.
I have done all this and so have other customers go take a look at their customer service forums.

bio-ware is failing at customer service deleting tickets, threads, posts and not giving anybody any idea or even acknowledging that they may have a issue.
Well why don't you try contacting a GM then? That doesn't require a cell phone.
