all pho is chicken or beef broth with meat and rice noodles and seasoning.
every asian culture over there has their own version.
basically make your own chicken soup add rice noodles and you have Pho.
its not rocket science.

Pho is the bomb, the food truck near where I work started selling it last year. I asked if they would consider selling it daily, and they must have gotten a lot of similar comments, because THEY DID. ^_^

Sounds like a great daughter. It took me some Googling to figure out what Pho is. I didn't realize it's pronounced "fuh". Sounds to me like it's just asian influenced chicken or beef soup with noodles, but hey I'll try it. You've inspired my lunch plans for the day.

I'm probably gonna be shot down or eviscerated for saying this, but, I've tasted purple asian basil, regular mint, and probably a bunch of varieties in between, like regular basil we all love in italian food, and mint we love in juleps/mojitos...the mild and strong flavor makes a big difference when cooking.
p.s. I'm a dumbass and I'm probably talking out of my arse.... (<---just quote this, it'll be easier)
