i work under the assumption that everything feels pain. i set it outside in the sun on a paper towel because i didn't want to move it off, as that would require picking it up and displacing more guts. so i just set it on a bed of cut up green stuff in one of our garden boxes where the sun was hitting it directly. i'm hoping something will make a meal out of him and kill him quickly for me.
