if it makes you feel any better, I lost two fish to the power outage, tanks got too cold. One was Rhett, the blue Betta, and the other was Angry Angel, my Black and Silver Veiled angelfish. I gave Angry Angel a sea burial, before I pulled him out of the tank with the net I prodded him several times to see if he was faking it, he didn't move a fin... then when I put him in the toilet, he moved.... but I was already flushing.

I felt horrible


then I went and bought an entire school of tetras, a couple algae eaters, several new plants, and they love their new home, and Blue the Blue Molly is loving not getting chased around the tank by Angry Angel.


My daughter didn't find any fish today that she felt would work as replacements for Rhett and his previously dearly departed Scarlett (deep Red betta).

neons are nice. i like them as they are colorful.

good grief...machete to the spinal column kills everything...except raccoons...but you can bludgeon them across the skull a few times and stun em long enough to crush em. (i put road kill out of its misery if i see it...and my dogs have a tendency to dislike vermin)

course...my neighbor just shoots the bastards with a 9 mill from his back porch
