Whats your preferred way to make bacon? |
I cook mine at 350- but for how long, that really depends on how crispy you like it. Minimum of 15 minutes imo. That'll cook it all the way through but it won't be crispy. Just keep it in there till it's about as crispy as you like it. I personally like it where the edges just start to crisp but the whole thing isn't crunchy cardboard. About 20 minutes.

Yeah, I don't like to have to portion out the grease, so I get bacon that doesn't have much fat. Just enough that the eggs don't stick to the pan. It's wonderful 
My wife sucks at grocery shopping, so I have to make do.

fried in a pan on the stove.
that way you have hot grease ready to go for the eggs that immediately follow.
why would anyone make bacon without frying eggs in the grease? why would anyone make eggs without bacon grease?
