Pan?
Oven?

I just recently started using the oven method. Tons better and easier. Just put it on a cookie sheet and stick it in the oven at 425 for about 10min, no turning it every so often or grease splashes.

turned my cynical penis into a happy vagina
Then after an Oatmeal Cranberry and Double Chocolate,
it made my new vagina spontaneously sing the Trolololo Song in an elevator.

1) Microwave with a bunch of paper towels if I'm just cooking a couple slices - 45 secs per slice usually gets it done.

2) Oven if I'm preparing more than about 8 slices.

3) Pan frying if I absolutely MUST cook it that way. However, if I'm cooking a bunch of chopped bacon for like a huge salad or a giant dish of potatoes au gratin or something, I prefer to slice it down raw and then cook the little slices in a pan - that's easiest for that application imo.

Pan. Never tried it in the oven, but mine takes way too long to preheat for me to want to do it that way.

Dont worry I will give my opinion anyways.
The PvP MMO is NOT a "niche" market, Mythic is just a "niche" company.

I have some like 20 year old microwave dish that was handed down to me. It lets all the fat collect away from the bacon. I also put a plate on top of the bacon to help hold it flat. Junk is all super flat and crispy..

Not tried the oven yet, but I like thick slices cooked very crispy. Some call it burned.
