In AC, when someone killed me, it was because they were better than I was. In this game, you just get chain-CC'd to death. I spent more time getting back to the battlefield than I did attacking.

Yep.
AC had the best PvP of any MMO, ever. Plus I loved our fights outside Sub

Yah. Only game I've ever seen where you could kill someone much higher level than you if you knew what you were doing. Not this gearbased rock-paper-scissors bullisht.

The gameplay is very similar to WoW - you won't have any real difficulties adapting if you've played WoW. PvP seems in some sense like a modified version of WAR...a fair amount of CC and knockbacks, but not to the extent that WAR was a few months post-release. Honestly, there's nothing I've seen that's new or ground breaking. Some of my friends say the companion thing is, but they mostly are just different avenues to the same grinds.

It was fun rocking 126s as a level 70 in AC. Or taking on 6v1s. Good times, the best of times.
