joking aside, that is an awesome pillow. i had all sorts of neck and headache problems and it fixed all of it.

I couldn't lie in one position all night like that. Looks like it wouldn't allow much of any movement at all... I go side/back/side during the night.

actually its designed for both side and back sleeping. when you roll to the side your up on those ends which are higher, its better support for side sleeping. when you roll to your back your in the middle which is lower and better support for back sleeping.
