I use a body pillow that I fold in half...or more likely than not I use my bf as a pillow lol I sleep on his chest alot.

I use 2, overlapping a little bit so that it's raised in the middle and I can use either side if I need a change.
I have bad sinus problems, so laying flat isn't an option...I take either 2 pseudophedrine or a spray of afrin in each nose every night of the week probably 48 weeks a year...And if I'm having a sinus infection, it's more like 4-6 pseudophedrine per night (2 every 4 hours).
I also get really hot, but I almost have to be under covers to sleep well...so I have to have the room cold. And my pillows get hot too, so any time I wake up I have to move to a different part of the pillow lol.
