They should make you pay for jury duty.
Face it, you lost the lottery when they called you for jury duty,
You lose again if they pick you for a jury,
They might as well collect from you as well.
Better yet, the loser of the case should pay the jury after the trial. Then again, the winner might have already paid before the trial
