When was $10 set as the Jury Duty payment? Was it when $10 really was something? I mean, it might pay for parking now, and for sure not lunch. I think Jury Duty pay needs to be brought up to date.

Heck I think jury duty ought to pay you your regular salary/hourly rate for as long as they're keeping you.

not even worth it.
parking at the one i get called to is $15.
the *free parking* that goes along with the courthouse fills up by 6am...all TEN spots.

3 days (i think) of regular pay, after that you get the court pay.

Mine was like $6 for the first day and I donated it since that is the big spender I am. Parking, bus, and train fees are free.
You can not eat lunch for $10?
