I hope you're using turnouts when you're blocking more than 5 cars in an area that passing is impossible.

Know why I speed? It's not because I'm in a hurry. It's because it's fun. I like mashing the accelerator on my sports car and being slammed back in my seat. I like doing it when there are other people around so I can whiz by them. I don't care about their well-being and I certainly don't care about the well-being of their children. And if I'm the first person at a stoplight I'm happy, because it means I get to dump the clutch, shoot ahead, and envision the angered face of the slow person behind me as they shake their fist from behind the wheel of their anemic hybrid.
pretty much this. i suffer from a severe case of being trained to drive on la freeways in not rush hour. so i'm way more of an offensive driver than i should be for where i live. but fk you. i will go as fast as i can, whenever i can. my 119mph speeding ticket proves that. 
anyway, going 10 under for no reason and blocking me in by doing so will have me calling 911 on your ass and reporting that you're driving like a drunk person. at the very least, you'll get a ticket for being a jackass. ^_^

I generally set the cruise control at about 60 on the interstate. If people want to go faster, there is that handy left lane to go around me in.
I'm always amused when some idiot will fly up behind me than stay right on my ass for a mile or two, I can see them getting irate in the rear view, finally, they will change lanes and fly around me. WTF is wrong with people? It's not like that lane wasn't there the whole damn time.
It happens every single time I get on the interstate, usually multiple times, in the drive from here to Asheville (bout an hour and a half or so away). The road is usually almost empty. Never a crowd, never a time when the left lane isn't wide open, but it always happens.
Those are the funny ones. The ones I HATE are the people who you can see in the rear view clearly doing 20 or 30 mph more than you, who fly up behind you then just follow. They don't crowd up, aren't getting impatient, they just back up to a decent distance and follow you. If you speed up to 70, so do they. If you slow down to 40, so do they. It's like they are hooked to your god damn ass. I will just take my foot off the gas and coast....50mph...40...30...20...usually about there they whip around me and stare at me as they pass and speed off at around 70. I let them get a ways ahead, then speed back up. I hate being followed when I'm out to enjoy a nice slow drive.

my daughter and I experienced this a few days ago, we were driving home on a donut spare and didn't want to go over 35, so we stuck to alternate roads than the freeway and kept to the right lane whenever possible and used turnouts when people couldn't pass... even so, people were pissed off that they might have to make the effort to change lanes.

Usually do 10+ over
Been having fun seeing how high I get the average MPG on the new car though, so been setting the cruise control at 55 and just driving. Right line of a 4 lane highway, non rush hour - plenty of room to pass.

I run in to people doing 5-10 under on two lane roads that will speed up to prevent people from passing.
