If I remember correctly it wasn't partially eaten; only prepared by someone with aids.
Considering my roommate's blood cells are so small his blood is considered toxic*... and I eat his food all the time... I'm not too worried.
He knows what risks come with his condition. I looked into it when I learned of the condition.
First time meeting a person... sure would be a bit weary "Would you like a Sandwich? BTW I have AIDs". There's questions to be asked 
*Essentially if he ever gets a disease that travels via the bloodstream he is a walking bio-hazard. If he bled on you the blood will seep through the skin because of the size of it, and you would then be infected as well. It's not fun, considering he also gets frequent nosebleeds because of this

This, really has nothing to do with the person having AIDs... I just don't eat after people... except for my daughter.

I'm glad I'm not the only one that remembers it this way... the guy offered him a sandwich he made, or half of his sandwich or something of that nature... not that his mouth had been on it.
Anyway, I had a HIV+ black gay drag queen roommate that was a chef from Louisiana, I ate a lot of food he prepared and it was damn good. He taught me how to flip an egg in the pan without a spatula. He's dead now (AIDS) and I miss hearing him say "Girl, get off my dress." whenever someone got on his case about something. RIP Horace
I also don't have HIV, and neither does my daughter who lived there too. I do have to say one of the most ignorant comments I ever got from a friend was "Aren't you worried about having your daughter around him?" I said, "Why would I be worried?" she replied "Because he's gay, do you think she's safe?" I laughed "He's gay, not a child molester! There is just as much chance of him hurting her as any other person in the world, as a matter of fact, your husband beats you... I'd be FAR more worried of living with him!"
