If it's a tasty burger/sandwich and I'm hungry, I'll eat the sandwich regardless of who made it or it having bites out of it.
If someone (AIDS or not) bleeds, spits, or sexually tarnishes the sandwich, I'll pass.
But I would NOT share drinks with someone who obviously has the herp (outbreak). Just sayin.
