I had the Pho Tai Gon (steak and tendon)
it was SUPER! but I was hungry as hell within the hour.
ate half with no sirracha, then added the sirracha and hoisain for the 2nd half... I liked it better with the aditions.

I just had it today for the first time. Not sure what all was in it but it was a mix of beef, some meat balls, beef tendon, and tripe. It was yummy.

Plenty of good Asian food choices in most places in California.

Honestly the tripe didn't really have much flavor. I probably won't get it again, but it wasn't bad.
