I've found that Americans have a hard time with authentic Asian food. Subtle flavors are lost in favor of "I want fatty meet with corn syrup based bbq sauce all over it. Put that on plain bleached white rice and serve it with 5 or 6 light beers that were brewed and bottled in america and given ethnic sounding names."
That pretty much sums up every asian american dish as well as mexcian american.
Then we get angry when the rest of the world calls us idiotic fat asses...

Make sure to add lots of hoisin sauce and sriracha. DONT Forget the hoisin and sriracha
I prefer egg noodles over vermicelli but it's your call.

Whatever you get make sure you ask for fatty meat add as much corn syrup based bbq sauce as you can.

You need to visit the NW, we do Asian up right.
and Tsing, I always get the rare beef. I'm not brave enough for tendon or tripe. I like the sammiches too.
