I of course remember leaded gas, and purchased it... I'm trying to recall if my 77 firebird was leaded or unleaded... it seems to me that it was unleaded.

yes, regular leaded gas, and I can remember it was $0.55 a gallon.

Yes. My old 1979 Mercedes 280SE used it. I also remember when leaded fuel was eliminated and I had to buy the additive.
