Yes, but it wasnt long after i started driving that they phased regular out.

I remember it, but my area was one of the first to not sell it at all except at a few out of the way Mom and Pop Gas stations that catered to Farmers in BFE WI.
Every station though until recently carried "Lead Additive" that you put in the tank after filling up to make up for it.

I had a 75 Olds 442 that had leaded gas.
