Dinnerwise I usually have whitefish once per week, salmon once per week, shellfish once per week(shrimp, lobster, etc), steak or a hamburger etc once per week(rarely twice), chicken twice per week(sometimes once),something like pancakes/pasta/whatever on the 7th day.
Lunch/breakfast I usually have one evil breakfast on saturdays, salads twice per week with usually cheese and something else in it -- sometimes shrimp sometimes salami, sometimes chicken breast -- lunchmeat -- no dressing, cereal maybe twice, chinese once, soup twice, something like a frozen chicken parm or lasagne twice, and maybe 1 hot pocket random. (Yes that tallies to 11, I have about 1.5 meals besides dinner per day)
Occasionally something like a pizza(say once per 6-8 weeks -- but has leftovers), chinese for real(IE a dinner with leftovers instead of a lunch) maybe every third week. I very rarely have pork -- more likely the ham in split pea soup.
Dinners have brocoli/mac/cheese once per week, a real vegetable like brocolli, string beans, carrots, cream cabbage(has a small amount of bacon in it) 4 times per week, potatoes twice per week -- usually baked once then homefries 1 or 2 days later.
I have orange juice maybe twice per week (once if no cold, daily if I am sick -- averages to 2), I have a small amount of dark chocolate chips once per week -- maybe an actual desert at most once per month, a bag of olestra type potato chips per week (7 servings at 75 cals per serving), some other form of munchy once per week, a few peanuts twice per month, 2 servings of yoohoo per week, some diet soda -- other than that water for drinking.
I take a multivitamin about 3 times per week, and a 33% calcium/magnesium pill daily as I do not get enough calcium in my diet and I do not do that well with milk.

Makes me wonder sometimes why I have a weight problem -- because I actually do watch what I eat.
