What would get you to stop eating red and processed meats? |
Since a shortened lifespan isn't enough of a reason for much of the population, I'm wondering what would be enough of a reason for ACF.

That may be possible, at least in part, since cutting processed and red meats would most likely help your body's shape.

Um...I'm old.
My bodies shape is sort of a cross between a twisted old tree limb and a wet sack of flour. I do manscape however. |

Actually -- it isnt red meats that are the problem -- They did a pretty recent study on red meat and the numbers came up that red meat wasnt bad so long as you didnt way overdo it. Processed meat on the other hand came up as nasty...
What is interesting is if you look at it logically you could have probably figured that out decades ago -- I mean cavemen ate tons of meat. They didnt eat processed meat. Which is most likely to be a problem to modern man? Our bodies have a long genetic history of being able to eat meat... It doesnt have the same for the processed stuff.
