I don't really eat a lot of red meat and I don't remember the last time I had processed meat. Is that like fake deli meat? Gross. I think I had a cheeseburger from Checker's this year but otherwise I don't see a lot of that in my diet.

Processed meats like bologna, sausage, turkey in salty packaged slices rather than cut whole. And anything treated with chemicals to keep its pink or red color.
I had big beef meatballs last night. -1 year to the lifespan, calculated and worth it.
