Interesting. He states what not to do, then states you should do exactly that. Unless you're a 100lb female.

Apparently it has the opposite effect, and now I'm starting to not buy the metabolism thing. Seriously all my views got flipped, turned upside down.

This is good for fat f***s or if you are in great shape and want to show off more muscle tone for a single day.
For lifters, this is a bad idea.
