Apparently it has the opposite effect, and now I'm starting to not buy the metabolism thing. Seriously all my views got flipped, turned upside down.

why do you people need to be told how to not be fat? For thousands of years people have been able to not be fat on their own. Stop being fat you fatties good lord.

because the availability of food is greater as well as the advertisement and social pressures to eat eat eat.

This is good for fat f***s or if you are in great shape and want to show off more muscle tone for a single day.


For lifters, this is a bad idea.
