Couples being taped in college dorms happens so often they might as well just openly have cams in every room. Again, you're just too stupid to see the connection, this isn't apples and oranges at all... it's removing the biased piece (gay) and showing that it happens, everywhere, to everyone of every race, creed, or sexual preference.
you're just pissed off because it was viewed as something gross, instead of something hawt.
well here's news to you, EVERY recording has people that will like/dislike it for whatever their preference.

You throw around serious words like rape and murder way too often. I wonder if you really know what they even mean. When you use it all the time for things that AREN'T rape or murder it demeans those who have been a victim of those acts.

Lol why do gays get to ruin everything by being drama queens? If the guy was hooking up with a girl it would have been super embarassing for her and no one would have cared outside people that knew them. Additionally if this guy hadnt killed himself nobody would care, instead hes like oh noez im a depressed repressed gay /suicide, wow thats really original. Why is this even a big deal?
Poor guy getting screwed by the law here big time. Its like anything involving black people, big mistake if it gets picked up by the media circus.

I think the punishment is too much for the crime myself. But it does not change the fact he violated a law enacted by the democratically elected legislature of the state according to a jury of his peers. That is how America works... the law is the law and it applies equally to everyone.
