Other co-workers, heck yeah.
When i was still on-call, i worked an 8am-4pm shift with one of the full time bartenders. he came in a total wreck. Bloodshot eyes, shaking hands...could barely put together a rum and coke.
He told me he'd be back in a little while. This was 8:05am. At 8:45 am he was back, and it was a full 180...he was fine, smiling, joking, makin drinks like a pro.
Little did I know he went to a storage area with a cup of ice, grabbed a bottle of Bushmills off the shelf and polished off half of it.

my supervisor came in after lunch drunk as hell once. drinking hard lemonade (how do you get drunk off that? she was completely wasted.) out of a jack in the box cup.

Not that I know of. I've known a lot of people that regularly get high at work though.

At my first job there was a bunch of meth and drunks over there. They used to actually drive fork lifts around. Was in a HVAC facility that was unionized and in a VERY poor city

We drink a lot as part of my job, so technically yes. I guess the more I'm around it, the more in control I've become though. There are at least a hundred open bottles in my office and another 50-100 cases at any given time nearby. If I wanted to drink, I could but I don't.
