Holy cow bone meal galore.
I barely have one stack so I have to rely on the sun which makes placing the trees tight take a long long long time.

Looks like he uses a lighting system similar to the one I came up with for my shroom room. I like the way he parks his carts too. I didn't know you could move track with sticky blocks like that.

Nice now make that about 3-4 times deeper and run half a dozen ravines off of it with a funked up mine complex in the middle then open it up to the ocean above and that is what I have been lost in all day. 
I am loving the new terrain generator though. It makes exploring more interesting and beneficial.

Since I'm disheartened by my dumpy giant lighthouse, I'm going to go to the nether and make a tower at my nether portal and try to link up with everyone in the HTH
