if you knew how to buff yourself correctly, then cloak shear is a non-factor and just makes the stealther waste a /use timer

If you are sheared by a solo stealther... I've never been sheared by just a solo stealther.

Yup if im payign for 3 accounts i don't want a /use taking even my intel base af and base dex on skald tbh.
People pay a premium because of the stupid buffing system, prolly not a good idea to undermine it
