I wouldn't mind it if people used it for the intended purpose of shearing someone then fighting them. What 95% of these fags do is shear you, re-stealth, and run away while they giggle because they have no chance of beating you even with your buffs being sheared. In lab they can port out, zone back in and the timer is re-set on the damn cloak so they can do it all day long. Same w/ charge, zephyr, phase shift, forest phantom and every archer rr5. They're meant to be used in a fight to gain an advantage, not to run away every time someone touches you.
