Wow I should have realized before creating this that there were WAY more than the number of poll selections we're allowed.
My personal favorite is Gnomeregan. I just love the way it's put together and the story behind it.

I had a dream. It was an incredible dream. When I awoke, I had a huge mess to clean up.

Stratholme. I have always been very intersted in the "Scourge" story in WoW. Following the quest line from Sorrow Hill in WPL with the Redpath line and all the other stuff from LHC in EPL really tells a great story. To me, Stratholme was always a really important part of that storyline.

Everyone playing WoW knows everything about playing two classes: 1) their own and 2) Hunters

Scholomance. Was always a nice challenging instance and a great way to see people rage when the Pally helmet didn't drop.
I thought it was laid out well, had nice bosses and good loot drops. I also liked the challenge it presented for the Paladin epic mount.

BRD
No other instance has the depth of play; Intricacies of quest lines that BRD does. The way the instance weaves together is amazing.
I assume that probably 99% of the population base hasn't seen the whole instance and done all the quests available in there.
