Last week during Spike TV VGAs, this interview took place with Blizzard executive Frank Pearce. During the interview he discussed a little about "Titan," Blizzard's next gen MMO.
What kind of MMO are you hoping for from Blizzard?

Honestly, I want someone to make a DAOC 2 game. Might as well be from Blizzard as long as it's DAOC 2.

What kind of MMO are you hoping for from Blizzard?
One where they ACTUALLY, as Mr. Pearce hopes, end up recruiting some of the best talent in the industry.

So that leaked chart was the real deal after all. Two more expansions on the way for World of Warcraft then and a month before Christmas Release for Diablo III next year.

Don't remember where I heard it, but I do remember hearing something about it being a shooter of some sort. So perhaps a Planetside type game. Which would make sense - with the success of games like CoD and Halo, and Planetside being at least proven in concept (it was a very good game, just didn't quite have the right chemistry for long term success), this is just the kind of thing that Blizzard does best - take relatively proven and secure concepts and perfect them.

Yes, it's suppose to be a First-Person-Shooter (FPS) akin to Counterstrike or something. Well, that's one I'll pass on, but I imagine there's quite a market for it with the FPS crowd.
Hope it's better than A.P.B.

Bleh, FPS FTL.
I'll be passing on this one.
Come to think of it, Diablo I and WoW are really the only blizzard games I ever liked.
