I think this depends entirely on which gets the soy sauce...

Suppose it would blow his mind if I explained how a feral druid can be either a rogue, or a warrior, depending on what form it is shifted into?
Oughtta be good for 6 more pages at least..mmm?

The only thing I'm trying to ask, is how would you determine if it is more of a rogue or a warrior, if it is in between both?
For example, if a rogue hit really hard and strong, or if a warrior could evade and had a bit of agility?
Can you please answer this question? I shortened it into one and provided the previous two questions as examples.
thank you.
If you had a hard hitting rogue, it'd be more like a rogue that hits hard. If you had a warrior that could evade and had agility, it'd be more like an agile warrior.
It's like you're asking if an apple tasted like an orange, would it be more of an apple or an orange? Then if an orange tasted like an apple, would it be more of an apple or an orange?
When you roll a char, you choose its class... rogue, warrior, whatever. If you want to spec your rogue to be a visible upfront damaging rogue that plays more like a warrior, he's still a rogue... if you want to play a warrior that doesn't tank and mostly does dps like a rogue, he's still a warrior.
I have to think this guy's just playing with you all, but I had to say something because this thread is freaking hilarious.

This thread amuses me greatly.
I'm waiting for it to be locked for spamming. In which case, if he tries to ask the question again, he can get punted.

There are those who play tank classes, and those that tank.
The weapon is only as good as the person wielding it.
Free advice is often worth what you pay for it: nothing.

Would a melee hunter be the equivalent of a warrior whacking someone with a bow? And would he do more damage than a Rogue using a possum as a throwing weapon?

Good point...
But a Rogue using a red noodle as a thrown weapon is another case entirely...
I'll crunch some numbers, and get back to you

Go back to paper DND...
What kind of armor does the person wear?
If it is leather, or cloth, 99% of the time, it will be Rogue.
If it is Chain or Plate, 100% chance it is not a Rogue. Which leaves Warrior, (neglecting all the hybrids in between)
Its just that simple.
In your game, what kind of armor does the person wear?
