booo i can't even get in now. went from instant queue to the only way to get in is to queue the second you can. /who was full and it was over in a couple mins so im guessing its just a lagfest in there.


i liked it better before.

I did it this morning, with the Victory at Tol Barad quest, some honor for kills etc... and the Honor gain from winning I came away with almost 2000 honor. So yes it is rewarding the 1800 points!


However like I said before the Horde are stupid and they were trying their best to defend, fortunately we had them outnumbered for a change.

is there some kind of secret to get in?


i tried queueing twice within 1 second of when you could (when it hits 15mins until start) and both times i never got in.


does it give preference if you queue from the tol borad zone or anything? i just queued from stormwind. i literally stood there counting the seconds until i could queue and did it exactly when i could.

Funny thing is, just like Tenacity, it doesn't help much when your side is outnumbered 10:1. Why you're outnumbered shouldn't be an issue. Edge cases shouldn't get priority on dev resources, obviously, but throwing out fubar "fixes" like this just makes no sense.

The thing that really pisses me off about the 1:1 ratio are the aholes that are out there herbing/mining. Happens frequently on my server

i think the fact that you get such a huge amount of honor for doing nothing, and can do it several times a day, is the worst part. really cheapens the game when it takes some people days of battlegrounds to get 1800 then others can get it in less than 5 minutes. but still i want to be one of those people!

If you sit around and do nothing... you're not going to win 1800. Remember attacking is WAY harder than defending. I dunno about your server but on mine the Horde are not rolling over. It's like they are working even harder so we don't win :\

well on my server the battles are now always ending VERY quickly...like 3 minutes. i have not been able to get in one where we are attacking, but when in a defending group there are always 10 people spamming in caps to let the horde win...so i assume its the same for them when we are attacking.


so there are definitely people sitting around just to cash in on the 1800 on my server. i envy you if people actually play it legitimately on your server.

bump incase anyone has any tips on how to get into the battle, like queueing from a specific spot or being inside the area when it starts, etc. guess i'll try it anyway but would be nice to know
