Oiy. I remember when you STOPPED at each flight point. Like you landed and had to talk to the flight master again to take the next leg of your journey. And how some flight paths didn't connect everywhere. So you could end up going to Astranaar with the intention of going to Stonetalon from there...only you couldn't fly to Stonetalon from there, you can only fly to Stonetalon from Auberdine or Nijel's Point in Desolace.

Looking back, wow's travel is easier than it used to be but it definitely could use some work pre-old world flight training.

Hey I'm not arguing that it isn't easier than it was in the "good ole days." The consensus appears to be that it was stupid, then they pulled their heads out of their asses and made it easy, only to make it difficult again in the name of, um, why did they do it again?

They took the portals out so the mailbox dancers in the two capital cities would have bigger audiences - that's it, end of story, everything else is a cover up to hide that 99% of those dancers are Blizzard employees and everyone of them are attention-whores.
